NEW ARCTIC CIRCLE OF LIFE ZOO IN BLACK HAWK COUNTY
Hello,
I am currently working on a new buisness plan for a zoo in our county. The Arctic Circle Of Life Foundation would be the owner in charge of operating and the daily functions of the zoo. The name of the zoo would be Arctic Circle Of Life Zoo located in Black Hawk County.
This new 21st century state of the art zoo would have Arctic Animals living in their natural habitats. The focus would be on Polar Bears and their survival. Future plans would be to add Alaska wildlife animals in their natural habitats. This zoo would also practice GOING GREEN concepts. It would focus on education, recreation, conservation and research.
This would be a wonderful asset to our city! It would not be in competition with the zoo in Des Moines. I want to get the community involved in this project. As it will take a community to build a zoo! It will create new jobs, bring in tourism to our city, along with educating visitors on their Arctic experiences at the zoo.
I am really excited about this project. Once I complete the new business plan, I will be setting up our first meeting. Anyone interested in this project is more than welcome to contact me! I look forward to meeting you and working on this terrific idea.
